This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer of the Cloudy Solutions Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration"), BIN 241140026296, and is addressed to an unspecified group of people – Internet users (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
Attention! Before using the Service, please read the terms of this Agreement carefully. Using the Service in any way (including, but not limited to, browsing pages, registering, submitting applications) means that you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") fully and unconditionally accept all the terms of this Agreement without any exceptions or restrictions (acceptance of the offer).

Administration – Limited Liability Company "Cloudy Solutions", BIN 241140026296, which is the owner and operator of the Service.
Service – an information platform (aggregator) available on the Internet at https://okushy.com /, which provides Users with access to a database with information about the services of third parties (Partners) in the field of additional education, development and leisure. The service is exclusively an information intermediary.
User – any capable individual who has accepted the terms of this Agreement and uses the Service to search for information for personal, non-commercial purposes, or acts as the legal representative (parent, guardian) of a minor.
Partner – A legal entity, an individual entrepreneur, or an individual engaged in entrepreneurial activity who independently posts or provides information about their services (clubs, sections, courses, etc.) on the Service with the help of the Administration.
Content – any information posted on the Service, including texts, graphics, photographs, videos, schedules, prices, contact information, and any other materials.
Partner's Services – services in the field of additional education, sports, creativity, development and leisure, information about which is posted on the Service.
Administration grants the User a free right to use the Service on the terms set out in this Agreement by providing access to information about the Services of the Partners.
Service is not an educational organization and does not provide educational or other services provided on the platform. All obligations for the provision of Partner Services arise directly between the User and the Partner. The Service is not a party to the transaction between the User and the Partner.
3.1. User's rights and obligations:
3.1.1. The User undertakes to use the Service solely for purposes that do not contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Agreement and the principles of reasonableness and good faith.
3.1.2. The User undertakes not to perform actions that may affect the normal operation of the Service.
3.1.3. The User is solely responsible for the safety of his credentials (login and password) and for all actions performed under his account.
3.1.4. By registering on the Service and providing the data of a minor, the User confirms that he is his legal representative and has all legal grounds and consents for such registration and provision of data. All responsibility for the violation of the rights of minors lies with the User.
3.2. Rights and obligations of the Administration:
3.2.1. The Administration has the right at any time to change the design of the Service, its Content, the list of functions, to modify or supplement the scripts used, software and other objects used or stored on the Service, at any time with or without prior notice.
3.2.2. The Administration has the right to impose any restrictions on the use of the Service, as well as to suspend or block the User's access to the Service without explanation, including in case of violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET THE GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS OF THE USER, WORK SMOOTHLY AND ERROR-FREE.
THE ADMINISTRATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, RELEVANCE, COMPLETENESS AND QUALITY OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE PARTNERS. The User undertakes to independently verify and clarify all relevant information directly from the Partner.
THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PARTNERS. Any claims related to the provision of Partner Services are resolved exclusively between the User and the Partner without the participation of the Administration.
THE ADMINISTRATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES (DIRECT OR INDIRECT) INCURRED BY THE USER OR THIRD PARTIES AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR AS A RESULT OF RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS.
Service may contain links to third-party websites. The Administration is not responsible for any information or materials posted on third-party websites.
All objects accessible through the Service, including design elements, text, and graphic images, are subject to the exclusive rights of the Administration and other copyright holders. Their use is prohibited without the permission of the copyright holder.

All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute must be resolved in court at the location of the Administration in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on this page..
Continuing to use the Service after making changes means that the User accepts and agrees to such changes.
