User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relations between the okushy service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") that arise when using the Service.
By using the Service, you automatically accept the terms of this Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions. If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Service.
Service offers Users access to a wide range of information about educational services. All currently existing functions of the Service, as well as any development and/or addition of new ones, are subject to this Agreement.
The service provides the User with the ability to search for information about educational institutions, courses, and tutors. The user can view ads, submit applications and contact representatives of educational institutions.
It is prohibited to use the Service for the dissemination of illegal information, spam, as well as for any other actions that violate the law and the rights of third parties.
Okushy service is an information resource. All information posted on the Service is provided "as is". The administration of the Service is not responsible for the accuracy, relevance and reliability of information provided by educational institutions or other users.
Service Administration does not bear any responsibility for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User or third parties as a result of the use or inability to use the Service, as well as for the content and legality of the information used / received by the User.
The Service is not a party to transactions between Users and educational institutions. Any agreements are concluded and executed without the direct or indirect involvement of the Service.
All objects accessible through the Service, including design elements, text, and graphic images, are subject to the exclusive rights of the Service Administration and other copyright holders.
The Service Administration reserves the right to change or supplement this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on this page, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
In all matters not regulated by this Agreement, the parties are guided by the current legislation.
